i have a problem in mysql server connection and not able open a connection to create new database

Hi Zakir,

your details are insufficient to help you.

I can only suggest based on general assumption:

-make sure the user name and password are correct
-make sure the server is up and running
-make sure there is network connection from the PC to the server
