I have requirement to convert XHTML to RTF, Please help me.

I want to convert XHTML to RTF, I tried using following solution,

but it is not working, I am trying to execute using Batch mode but throws the following error,

ERROR: cannot load file "Readme.htm"

A name was started with an invalid character.

at line 4,16: RTF<-->XMLorXHTML ? Convertion of RTF document to XMLorHTMLorTXT and vice versa

Please help me on this.
