I have to make Login With Facebook and Google on .aspx page?

For Facebook -

.ASPX if for the traditional ASP.NET WebForms. If you are using ASP.NET Core, then it uses .Razor engine to generate HTML markup. 

 

Now down to your question, regardless if you are using ASP.NET Core or traditional ASP.NET, you can still be able to integrate Facebook and Google authentication at the same time. You can even add more external provider authentication such as LinkedIn, Twitter,  Microsoft or even your own local authentication.
