I lost all my files visual studio 2017

I have project up and running i was working on it , I could not rememeber i did not delete anything suddenly now When i open the same project using visual studio recent project it says this is not available would you want to remove the link

"D:\DATA IMPORT VIDEO\college-project 18-12-2020 12 pm\college-project\.vs\CMS_Monitoring\v15" in this folder i just found .suo file .
