If you can show that error so may i can give solution for that. but now first you need to check your database connection string. may be issue is in your database connection please check it once again.

 

Second is you said you want to get autometically user's email from registration table when user enters his/her username in textbox right ? So, Solution is that in Leave Event of Username Textbox simply get Email of that user by using select statment like

 store the result in variable and simply assign value of that variable to your txtEmail.Text
