I need a drop down navigation menu using typescript

Hello there,

I'm new to typescript and i have an requirement of getting drop down navigation menu.I can able to show the dropdown menu with the attached script but, the opened submenu is not getting closed when i click out side in window. can anybody assist me in achieving this? Kindly have a look into my attached code.
