I need an alternative DLL same as ITEXT sharp, edit and insert values into an editable pdf,cost less than 1000$

You can also use NReco.PdfGenerator which is very easy and with out cost.

You can use this dll free of cost in your cost and its implementaion is easy.

Spire.PDF will be a good alternative. It supports to create, edit, convert and print pdf files. When it comes to printing, it provides a wide range of methods to fulfil developers needs, such as print a PDF file to specific printer, print selected pages of PDF file, print multiple pdf pages on one sheet and so on. It worths a try.

LEADTOOLS SDK provides the ability to handle PDF documents in many ways. For example, it gives the user the ability to parse all objects (Text, Fonts, Hyperlinks, images, etc.) in the PDF document and provides information about each object. For example, the following code parses all the objects from a PDF document:
