I need to get records from first saturday of february

Question

I need to get records by filtering a date column. I need to get records from first saturday of february of the year to 1st February of next year. How do i do this? Select EmployeeName, Salary From tblEmployee Where HiringDate between "First Saturday of February of the year" AND "1st February of Next Year"
