I want to start studying VB.Net, but first I need the software Have I to buy it or I can download it from the internet? ANd how many CDs it needs please replay to me ASAP Thank you.....

This book comes with a 60-day trial version of Visual Studio .net 2002: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0735615330/ You can buy a new copy (1st edition) for $12 following this link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/offer-listing/0735615330/ The book is not bad if you look at it as a training guide for vb.net and c#. It is not particularly useful for studying for the MCAD exams, however; but that is not what you need. When you're ready to buy the real thing you can get a good price on eBay.
