I want a validation inicial balance greater than dispatch bl

thanks a lot for your quick reply . your code is workable but if  dispatch textbox value is smallar than Inicial textbox value then dispatch value textbox insert this value other wise dispatch value not insert in gridview .your code is working but dispatch textbox value is insert.please help me .

You mean we have a two textbax, i.e. Initial textbox and dispatch textbax in given aspx page. And you want to perform validation after entering values into that textbox.If initial textbox value is greater than dispatch textbox value then Ok but if initial taxtbox value is smaller than dispatch textbox value then display error message or clear the dispatch textbox value.

 actually given that two textbox one is inicial textbox another one dispatch textboox .inicail text box value given showing  just input dispatch bl value.when i dispatch text box entry value then all time inicial text value greater than dispatch textbox value if dispatch text box value is always smaller then inicial text box value then matching then add dispatch value entry otherwise showing messeage box inicial balance greatre than dispatch balance in using asp.net c#
