i want in a pdf format

i send the doc1 file please see this. in that file i have two button insert and back.

and i also want to add one button called report when i click the report button all datas to be exported in to PDF FORMAT.for that how to write the code.

please send the code.

You have to use third party library to do this.
You can use Spire. This helps you to export to Excel, PDF, CSV etc.
