I want Table Structure of Database Design

I have Attached Excel file I want this type of data Stored as well as add Edit on dynamic in Project.

I want Table Structure Design in SQL .

please help me..

hi,

here you cn make groups like in your excell first row you can give some common name ex: Inrastructure

so you can create one static table with this name as below

table name: st_Inrastructure

columns : int infraId primary key , nvarchar(150) InfrastructureName

second table you can create table for designation type like

table name: st_designation
columns : int desId primary key , nvarchar(150) designationName

third table you can have employees as seen all are employees

table name: ot_Employee

columns : int employeeId primary key , int desId,nvarchar(150) EmployeeName,etc

next you can create your this allocating dynamic table in which you can insert update records as below

ex:

table name: ot_allocationTable
columns : int id primary key ,int infraId, int employeeId,etc.

Hello,
As per your data, It seems like parent child concept.
So you need to create one table with the fields like:
EmpId, EmpName, ParentEmpId.

Store your data in that manner. and you can show as per your sample using pivoting.
