i want teh solution for generatimg montly assement sheet in vs 2010

create a new project similar
 but using entity framework data model like
 for now 1 page for data entry, looks like the PDF
 just do the rows for the month
 the footer and headers don't need them for now
 just have text boxes for start and end time
 and rest time
 the rest should be precalculated labels
