GroupBy vendorCode and Product can easily give you desired output

Select Product, VendorCode, MAX(ProductDateTime) as ProductDateTime,
MAX(ProductTranStart) as ProductTranStart,
MAX(ProductTranEnd) as ProductTranEnd FROM
tableName group by VendorCode, Product

You can use group by vendor code and then take max of producttranEnddate. refer this link,
