So if you want Department wise salary you have to add DeptId column in your Emp table so that you can join these two tables.

 

Select * From (Select A.DeptID, DeptName, SUM(A.Salary)As Salary From EMP A

INNER JOIN Department B

ON A.DeptId = B.DeptID

Group BY A.DeptID, DeptName)X

Where X.Salary > 30000
