you can use exec sp_MSforeachtable 'your delete query'
example for select like ,
exec sp_MSforeachtable 'select count(1) from ?'.

If All tables are related to each other then you can use concept of foreign and primary key .
You can also use a trigger for deletion  or use stored procedure according your requirements
