I want to display images in datagridview from database table

i am selecting all data ....but i am not able to display image ... you can see in picture ...i am able to view the image name but not Image

just want code as u can see i am selecting data successfully ...and image name too,,,but img is not displaying....all images are save in bin->Images folder
