Is this community only for MS technologies or there is a place for other technologies also like Java etc.

Good point Sam. We can create a C++ category if we see any new articles coming on C++. Let me know.

There are articles about Java, and I am nearly certain that those articles are not about Microsoft technologies. Yet there is not a section for C++ articles, not even C++ using managed code. So there is some inconsistency.

There are rumors of a new C++. Well, the there is a new international C++ standard that is nearly finalized but the rumors are about what more that Microsoft might be doing with C++. So I am not sure how useful articles will be in the near future if they were to be written based on the current Visual C++. I could write articles about C++ but it might be better for me to wait a couple of months at least.

We also have categories for databases, HTML 5, JQuery and others. So if any of you plan to contribute on other technologies, we will open up the site for that.

Just created Java and JSP categories. If there is a need for any other technologies, we will create those as well. Let us know.

This is a developer community. So whatever developers decide :)

I observed that some people are asking doubts on java also..
It will be good if we have a separate Site or category to those persons also...

Good question..

Most of our members are .Net specialist and few have good knowledge of C, C++ and Java language.

Like Sam, Vulpes and more etc.. They are the best here.

Our community is basically targeting on Microsoft but you still get support for other languages at best.

I think our new Mindcracker version will handle all languages.
