Earlier, Banglore was so famous for IT jobs and then Hydrabad started to get some IT industrialist. Pune is also buzzing with good companies along with Mumbai. NCR is well known because it covers Gurgaon, New Delhi, Noida and its near by like Greater Noida, Gaziabad etc. There are so many companies and metro provide you easiness to attend more than one interview in a day. You can choose any city that suits you.

These are few cities whom I mentioned and it doesn't meant that other cities don't have scope. It is common, that people start gathering where more companies means more opportunities are available.
