I want to use my created database in Security?

I mean when I use security of ASPNET a database which contain login part fields are automatically get created, so my question is this :

How can I use my database which have created before instead of the automatically created database by ASPNET for security ?

Not clear. I guess, you are following Form authentication on your application. If so, you can follow the below url, which discusses how to port the "Authentication DB" used for developement to production:

Yes that is what I mean , and now I mean that when I am using ASP.NET configuration a database is automatically created for saving the fields of users, but I want to use my own database which I have created instead of using automatically database which is created.

I need and use the security mechanism which I can make my URL addresses and my login page secure and safe. For example, when I login in to the website so when I copy the URL address to other page the login page are displayed again.
