If a int number starts with a zero, it does not read the value 0. How does this problem fix?

If you print(hesapList) try as i suggested hesapList = str(df.values.tolist())

In additional to what @Rajnikant said, you can change the datatype and for this simply put an apostrophe before the number, this changes the datatype to text

eg.
0123 should be written as '0123

Excel hides the ' and shows only the number

Same as 2.350. The last 0 is useless 'cause that number's value is 2.35, if you use for selenium then dont use it as int

note that leading zeros in a non-zero decimal number are not allowed this is for disambiguation with C-style octal literals, which Python used before version 3.0.

Cause the first 0 in the number is useless it doesn't mean anything, if you 0 then try as
below

string strNumber = "032454";
Python
str(032454)

I have an excel file there are int numbers in this excel file some int values start with 0 for example, 032454. i see these values as 32454 when i read them. Why?
