In additional to what @Rajnikant said, you can change the datatype and for this simply put an apostrophe before the number, this changes the datatype to text eg. 0123 should be written as '0123 Excel hides the ' and shows only the number

Same as 2.350. The last 0 is useless 'cause that number's value is 2.35, if you use for selenium then dont use it as int

Cause the first 0 in the number is useless it doesn't mean anything, if you 0 then try as below C# string strNumber = "032454" ; Python str( 032454 )
