we want to know that what is the reason If Java is platform independent, why doesn't it run on all platforms?

Java will run on a particular platform as long as there is a Java Virtual Machine (JVM) for that platform.

AFAIK, there are JVMs for all major platforms in use today though there will be inevitably be some old or minor platforms for which no JVM is available.
