First, bring this to your Reporting Manager. Second, based on Reporting Manager response, take the next steps: 1) If Reporting Manager does not agree, then bring this to the Business Unit (such as Reporting Manager's Reporting Manager and particular BU Head). So that they will give some inputs. (Like they may or may not give you hike). If they give your specified hike/pay, then stay. If not, leave the organization at this point. 2) If your Reporting Manager agree for your specified hike/pay, then stay in the organization. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Good point by Pranam. First think you should do is, talk to your immediate manager and give a reason why you deserve more salary and if he agrees, ask him politely. You can say, I really love people here and work. If you decide to leave anyway, make sure you have a job in hand first. Just because you think you deserve more it does not mean you will get more. Once you get a job, politely ask and follow all contract obligation and resign. Do not take new offer and renegotiate and don't join new company. I know many people do that and this is bad for you in long run.
