I'm confused about getting a Job in IT

Question

hi there,
I've Passed my HSC in late 2006 and then joined family business so couldn't completed my graduation even.
I've some prior knowledge of OOPS Concept , C# and Asp.net and HTML as well.

I want to gain knowledge about .net and do a job in IT Company as a web developer but due to my qualification as you know no company will allow me to seat in interview i think.

I'm totally confused here about what to do, How to make it work.

what should i do at this point of time ?
