Image Pat Save and Retrieve Image with out Generic Handler ?

Any one Help Me.... With out Generic handler 

 

First of I take File Upload in UI ...After Click on Save Button Logic Image with Save in Database ...That data will Bind to database after i will click edit button data is Go to update Logic(update logic is out side Not in Gridview ) .....How to retrive Image in Datase and how to add another Image in to file upload control.... Any one help me with out genric Handler ////
