but it is newspaper site so daily base it would be change and updated I want to develop such a script in which client upload page of epaper and map it according.. sum how i know that might be image mapping behind..

Yes it is possible using :hover like this,

.news-div
{

}

.new-div:hover
{
border: 2px solid red;
}
