Image to document conversion

Hai Friends,
Can anyone tell me the code for converting image into document using VB / VB.NET / C#. I dont want the software, i just want the coding in VB / VB.NET / C#. Thanks in advance.

i think we can't convert image to document file by vb.net or c#...image and document are different different things, but you can extract text from image through Microsoft document imaging library(Modi), but it neccessary that image should be .tif and .mdi image format.
