Hi all, If a fresher with a microsoft certification looks for job how much will he/she be valued with no work exp?... Do companies still want exp ppl?

Yes. Most of the companies do not care what certification do you have. You will still have to go through an interview and a test at most of the companies. Certifications are usually a plus but not a criteria of selection. Good luck!

I do not agree, I think companies do care what cert you have. If you go about achieving them in the correct way, you are going to gain knowledge that is required anyway. Obviously, you do need exp and a company is always going to want that, but certs are a great (and really necessary) addition to that. If you want also, try your hand at a free cert prep exam at knowledgebuster to see just what you do and dont know, and then decide whether certs are important.

I agree with Mahesh. You need proven knowledge+experience. A certification is just an added asset.
