In Angular8/9, is it possible to remove Accept-Encoding request header

In Angular 8/9, before calling an API call is it possible to remove Accept-Encodeing request header?

why do you want to remove this? gzip or deflate is set automatically by the browser for compressing files over a network if nothing is specified explicitly by the webserver
However, you can set it to anything(gzip/deflate) on webserver (IIS) or web.config in web API.
