To visible Security Tab,
Click Start->Run->Type explorer -> Enter
Here a window will open From Menu Item Select
Tools->Folder Options->View
Here a check box Options
Use Simple file Sharing(Recommended)
Make it Uncheck and click Apply
and Enjoy the Security
