you can put 'step=2" attribute in your input type datetime element

this is the code

it shows hours and munites, hours selection is ok, but in munites selection i want only 00 and 30 so user need to select 00 or 30 munites

What utility the application is using to display the DateTime picker? See if you can customize/set the minutes interval
