Insert & Update Many-to-Many Relationship

In my ASP.net MVC project. I have a Many-to-Many Relationship between employers and clients because each employer has many clients and clients enroll in one or many employer.

I want to create and update action in database via entity-framework

I have my Employers. But I want to put data with my Employers ans Clients Together based on many-to-many relationship

this is the modelBuilder for this

This is My create action :

I want to take this client object and send it with database with the Employers (Based on selectedEmployees array)

You can take advantages of Entityframework, this will be handle automatically.
using (var context = new YourContext())
{
    Employer _employer= employee; // get your employee object
   _employer.Clients = clients // get clients list

    context.employers.add(_employer);
    context.SaveChanges();
}
make sure you have define relationship in modelbuilder.

you don't need to do anything manytomany table itself , you can use navigation property of either of the table
for add
employers.clients= new List { new Client(){
id="",Name="";
}}

//for update
Client c= db.Clients.Find(id);
c.Name= "modifiedName";
db.employers.Clients.Attach(c);
db.Entry(c).State= EntityState.Modified.
