insert check box checked value in database c#

Question

insert checked value in database:

 

1. i have a drop down list  in which select category name than there related data show in data list

i checked three value.

2. than i select another category from drop down list and than there related data show in data list 

i checked five value. 

 and than submit button click both category and there checked value insert in to data base
