I have 3 questions and related options (4) in radio button on page and "next" button.
I want to insert all 3 question's answer ( one radio button value) in database when i click on "next" button.
Please help me...

I'm not sure I understood you correctly.
you can make use of radiolist rather than grouping radio button.
