installation problem with Visual Studio Community 2013

I have tried to install visual studio community 2013 and encountered a problem. After what appears to successful installation I am flooded with MSI error logs. These seem to be related to a missing folder (something like URT_GAC). Any suggestions?

I have been googling for days now. There are no articles that answer my question. All the others have some kind of error message during the installation. I do not get any error message from the installation.

if u getting error and any type of log just do googling
