Invalid index -1 for this OracleParameterCollection with Cou

Hi All,

 

When i try to debug i am getting the below exception message on application side:

 

"Invalid index -1 for this OracleParameterCollection with Count=0."}

Data: {System.Collections.ListDictionaryInternal}

HResult: -2146233080

HelpLink: null

InnerException: null

Message: "Invalid index -1 for this OracleParameterCollection with Count=0."

Source: "System.Data.OracleClient"

I try to execute the procedure and its working and returning the Data but when i try to connect it from the Application i am getting this above exception.
