Invite Friend.

Hi Admins,

Inviting friends to join csharpcorner is good but what i felt is that it will be better if it asks the user to enter user name and password of the mail account in which they are wish to invite their friends by selecting the contacts. Because we cannot remember all our friends mail id or can't copy 10 or 100 mail ids one by one. So please consider this.

So you are saying, we can import user's Contacts and user can select who he wants to invite? It is a good idea.

What everybody else think about this feature?

Yes Amit. Actually i thought of invite my friends to csharpcorner. while inviting i had to logon to gmail and search for contacts and Ctrl+C , Ctrl+V ..... So only this idea.

One possibility would be to develop a custom export for each email client. It would be necessary however to have the option to select which contact to invite and what contacts to not invite. If that is done then it seems easy enough to just go ahead and send the invite at that point; so instead of an export, you would just have an invite application that had customization for each email client.

Most email clients have the ability to export into a few common formats, such as CSV. So for most email clients, it is possible to export to CSV, then that data can be edited and read by the invitation application. Then that would require just one invitation application.

I do not know what the format is of the current invitation application but it would probably be easy to edit the CSV data into a compatible format.
