Is bachelors degree is enough or master is required ?

i wanted to know that if someone is complited his BCA and doing job as a software devloper from last (10month) then what problem he can face without a master degree? Need a good suggestion

Hi Arun, Yes Exactly.. The recruiters always looking some BE and Master degree candidates. But If you are a experianced developer they won't look your degree's. They will look only your experiance and skills. If he is a fresher then ask him to do master degree. All the best

Hi Arun, I think nothing he is going to lost, From my experiance I recommend if he is well knowledge in software development he can continue his job, If he wants to know more advanced technology I recomment him to do any course. I also completed BCA and MCA. I felt I am not that much good in technical , then I started MCA when I was completed my UG. If he is good in technical skills, Ask him to go ahead his way!...
