Is it good to change company after one year experience

I have only one year experience and I was working in startup company,now I am changing company so I will be good for future .. Because some one told "you have to work in 2 years in any company"

That depends in various things. Big companies doesn't mean good future. Good work means good future. If you are happy with your current work and you are learning and enjoying there then you don't need job change. So if you plan to change job be careful about your choice otherwise you will be searching another job after one year.
