Is it possible to get 10LPA for 4Yrs exp .Net developers?

Yes, you can get 10LPA. Of course it depends upon your current CTC and your skill sets. I would recommend you to learn OOJS, angularjs, CSS3 and HTML5 along with .Net technology. Also, since you are having 4 years experience, interviewer will expect design patterns as well. So learn some desgin patterns like Singleton, Factory, Builder, Observer, Memento etc.

There are many companies whoc can offer you even more than your expectations. Service based company may not offer but I would recommend product based company or Investment Bank.
