Is it possible to get 100% hike after 2 yrs of exp in .net

I am working in MNC and getting salary of 4 LPA, but i want to swtich bcoz of my location problem. If not 100% than how much should i ask for? I am looking for jobs in delhi NCR.

It depends its possible to get 100% hike if you are changing ro product based company but if you are going for service based then maximum you can get is 50%.
