Hi, Can anyone tell me that any website be rank without SEO? Why SEO is necessary for ranking a website and is it free..??

If you expand the word SEO, it is search engine optimization. To give you exact/appropriate result in a short span of time, Google index the website data, and it is improving time by time to get more relevant result. So YES, it is necessary, it is basically a set of rules that we have to follow.
