but the April 2014 End User Preview requires VS 2013 and the latest version is built into the VS '2014' CTP 3.
Frankly, I think the 2012 CTP will now be too out of date to be worth downloading and, if (like me) you don't want to be bothered with the VS '2014' CTP just now I'd content yourself with reading the latest C# and VB feature descriptions which can be found on this page:
