i want to display todays date is so and so but if system date is not correct then user to allow to change system date from my project .
pls tell me code for this.

It does not look like you did much research yourself?? A quick google for c# application to change system date reveals e.g. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms172517%28v=vs.90%29.aspx
Because you need it fast, I have not tried it; I leave that up to you :D
