Is VSS 2005 support visual studio 2013

Downgrading of vs project causes errors but authorization failed and access denied errors seems you donot have permission to access that project file.

 

If any further issue occurs then

 

1. create a fresh project in vs 2005

2. copy all the files and assemblies to the newly created project dirrctory

3. Goto solution explorer -> click show all files -> select all files in it-> right click and include in project

 

 Thats all you need to do. Hope it helps
