Lately, I’ve realized I might be a little too hooked on AI. It started as a fun way to get help with ideas, questions, or work but now it feels like I’m always coming back for more. There’s something addictive about how fast it responds, how smart it sounds, and how it makes me feel like I’m never stuck. It’s like having a super helpful friend who's always awake. And while I love the rush of discovering new things with it, part of me wonders am I still thinking for myself, or just riding the wave?
