managed=False means django will not handle the model during migrations it means you'll responsible how to use it

Sometimes, those PK are also FK but not always I saw some solutions where they mark the model class managed=false and then create the table in console but i can't tell if that will affect model and serializer class later during queries

primary key index is used to make lookups for referencing the row from other tables no conflicts but your row will be referenced using the id field you can't have another table with three fields pointing to your (fake) pk fields

Ok, so let's say django support multiple primary keys. What would be the difference if i have a PK id and 3 unique columns, with 3 PK columns ?

the id will be your primary key your combined fields will be unique index

I tried that, but still it create an id column

it's not supported by django you can create a unique constraint using unique_together
