item level permission based on column value using nintex

Question

I created sharepoint list with following columns and column manager has people picker field and i want to write workflow in nintex which provides permissions if the name is present in manager column

 

 

In Sharepoint Designer workflow we can easily create it but how can we do same by using Nintex or any other way
