ItemPanel Vs ItemPanelTemplate?

hi all, what is basic difference between ItemPanel and ItemPanelTemplate in WPF?

ItemsPanel is the property that gets or sets the template which is used to define the items layout, while ItemsPanelTemplate defines the template itself. WPF provides flexible ways to modify the layout of controls using your own styles. Refer following example to clarify your concept. I have also attached project for that.
