Hi,
Yes it's possible for chatgpt can have various data that are available in word or any kind of format that is available. You can go ahead and use the bot services that are available along with the powerautomate or just the conversational bot service by which you can have the integration and get the data's done

No, it is not possible to directly upload your own data into ChatGPT. ChatGPT, or any pre-trained language model, cannot be directly modified or updated with custom data by end-users.
Language models like ChatGPT are trained on large datasets using sophisticated processes and computational resources. OpenAI, the organization behind ChatGPT, trains and maintains these models to provide general-purpose language capabilities to users.
However, you can use ChatGPT to generate responses or perform tasks related to your specific data. For example, you can input prompts or questions related to your data and receive generated text as a response. You can also use ChatGPT to assist with natural language understanding, summarization, language translation, and more.
If you have specific data or a dataset that you would like to use in conjunction with a language model, you may consider fine-tuning a pre-trained model using your own data. Fine-tuning involves training a pre-existing model on your specific dataset to make it more specialized for your specific task or domain. However, fine-tuning typically requires substantial computational resources and expertise in machine learning.
It's important to note that fine-tuning is a complex process, and OpenAI's models, such as GPT-3, have specific terms of use and limitations on fine-tuning. You should review OpenAI's documentation and guidelines to understand the details and restrictions around fine-tuning their models.
